General terms applicable to all Paris Private Airport Transfer services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all chauffeur-driven transport services provided by Paris Private Airport Transfer (the “Provider”) to any customer (the “Customer”).
Bookings may be made via the online form, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Provider. For bookings made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service, confirmation must be provided by phone.
All rates are quoted in euros including VAT. Rates include chauffeur service, fuel, tolls, parking, and insurance. Additional options (child seat, meet-and-greet, etc.) are charged separately and clearly indicated at booking.
For long-distance journeys, a personalized quote is prepared on request. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
The Provider accepts the following payment methods:
Cancellation: Canceling more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time is free. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows, 50% of the agreed fare will be charged.
Changes: Changes to the date, time or pickup location are free up to 12 hours before the service, subject to availability.
One hour of free waiting is included after the actual landing time (real-time flight tracking). Beyond this, a supplement of €30 per hour or part thereof will apply.
The Provider holds professional liability insurance. The Provider is not liable in cases of force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, or events outside its control (third-party accidents, roadblocks, etc.).
Personal data collected during booking is used only to provide the service. It is never sold to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@rmprestige.fr within 48 hours of the service.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If necessary, the competent courts of Beauvais (Oise) will have jurisdiction.
