We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
Your data is used to:
Data processing is based on the performance of the transport contract you concluded with us (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). For marketing communications, processing is based on your consent.
Your data is retained for 3 years after the last service, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations. Invoicing data is kept for 10 years in compliance with commercial law.
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (hosting, email) only to provide the service, in compliance with GDPR.
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
To exercise these rights, contact us by email at parisprivateairporttransfer@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. Our site uses HTTPS to secure all data exchanges.
You can use our booking and contact forms without accepting optional tracking. Use the Cookie settings button on every page to accept, refuse, customize or withdraw your choice. Audience measurement and advertising measurement are separate choices, disabled by default.
With Audience consent, Google Analytics measures public page visits, the start of booking form interactions and successful booking requests, as well as the start of contact form interactions and successful contact requests. Form contents are not sent with these events. A request is not a confirmed or paid booking. Google Ads tracking remains disabled. Confirmation, booking management and administration pages do not load analytics or advertising tags.
If you consent to advertising attribution, we store campaign parameters and first/last source information in your browser for 30 days after the latest external campaign or referral. New external visits can extend this period. This information can accompany your booking or contact request to our booking service; contact requests may include a source summary in our internal notification. We do not send form contents to Google through this tracking.
Your privacy choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Essential storage also supports booking retries and administrator authentication. Refusal does not prevent a booking. Legacy marketing attribution without valid advertising consent is removed.
Withdrawing Audience consent disables new Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already sent to Google. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. We exclude URL queries, fragments, referrers and form contents from our Analytics events. Withdrawing advertising consent removes the local campaign attribution and stops its attachment to future requests. It does not automatically erase information already submitted with a request, and choices do not automatically synchronize across browsers or devices. Contact us using the details above to exercise your data rights. No earlier marketing history is replayed when you accept.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version available on this site is the current one.
